This class is designed for middle and high school runners who want to enhance their strength, mobility, breathing, and all the essential aspects of running and cross country. While there will be minimal running during these sessions, we will focus on various areas to help you improve your race performance. As the season progresses, our workouts will evolve to ensure you're ready for your peak races!
